You have proved for years, on other people's priorities, to deadlines you did not set, that you are not lazy. The work that gets done is the work somebody is waiting for. The work that is actually yours waits for the version of you that turns up motivated. That version is not around every day.

Keel does not start with your goals. It starts with your life.

Every habit is attached to something you already do in your day and sized down until turning up is easy. You can see which of them cost you least and which move you most, so the first ones you build are the ones that pay.

The finish line moves while you are running.
Every cycle you stop, look at what you covered, and ask whether it is still the right direction.
Head down and moving fast feels like progress and tells you nothing. The review is where you find out the finish line moved while you were running, and where you get to move with it.

It is not stored in Keel so much as held there. Take it into Kindred and other people can understand where to work with you. Take it into a company running Compact and it shows why you matter to their vision.
